some cool tourneys i helped run: 5 digit united states cup and pokemon battle tournament
helping with the conceptualization and maintenance of osu! tournament rating
coordinating osu! original spreads for lga / owc

i think custom songs are one of the most beautiful things about this game :thumbsup:
if you are a tourney host and you want an osu! original, please be willing to put in the effort / labor to rank the set and give the song the proper opportunity for exposure

status: likely no unless i'm super excited about the song or personally offer, sorry

i like making gds specifically for good songs

quite comfortable with all diffs up to low 6*, usually pretty mindful of spread difficulty gaps and so on. don't expect anything groundbreaking but i do put real effort in and deliver pretty quickly if i feel like i can make something nice (i try to keep my backlog at 0-1 maps so that i can finish within a few days to a week)

might be interested if the song is good:

osu! original songs, particularly OWC sets that need help getting ranked / other unmapped world cup songs
from an OST or featured in a video game i really enjoy (vivid/stasis, xenoblade, various mario games [galaxy, pm64 / ttyd / spm, ddr mario mix, odyssey, mario kart wii / world], random nostalgic gamecube / wii stuff [e.g. the original wii game series], most indie rhythm games if permission is granted)
composed by tn-shi or d-d-dice or onoken or otherwise super cool complex harmonic layering of that kind
underappreciated featured artists without much ranked presence
