Since I went for 8k pp I've been having some issues with motivation, or rather the lack thereof. Outside of just having good sessions very rarely nowadays, and my interest having shifted to other games over the past few years, one thing that I've found very demotivating is the "gray area" I feel like I'm in right now. It feels like there is a "drought" in high-star 4key maps, with the exception of overly challenging/underweighted tech maps, or primarily LN-based maps. My issue isn't that I don't like LN or anything in that direction, I honestly don't care for it, but the lack of variety in high-star maps nowadays is one of the factors that makes it very hard for me to enjoy pp grinding. For this reason I've decided to play when I feel like it, and not go for pp-related goals anymore, rather acc plays or clearing certain maps I consider personal achievements. I still want to do things like clearing alpha someday since I've gotten decent progress on it, but I'm not going to be forcing myself
