Stuff about mapping
Mapping is fun. I've improved a lot in my opinion. I may not be as good or as unique as other mappers - im still a very mediocre mapper - but it's fun to express yourself in a very unusual way of media; supported by music. It's important to map for fun and not for (only) competitive or egoistic reasons; expressing yourself in your true form results in your best works.
Thanks to every Mapping Subscriber I've gotten and thanks to all the people who find my maps off pure coincidence, tourneys or from others. It still warms my heart seeing maps that have even over 5 favourites or less!
I have many inspirations for my various styles!
For my old'ish style, it's defintely a mix of Kirby, BD, Lesjuh, Mystearica, tsuka and Nharox.
I have a lot of inspirations for my vanilla/"default" style of mapping. I'd say hehe, Halgoh, nhlx, Matrix, EvilElvis and blixys really contributed to my mapping style to how it evolved nowadays. I still like to mix pretty unconventional stuff in my maps.
My difficulty names explained!
Pinku - My Blue Dragon inspirated maps from mid 2019/early 2020.
an3/an4 - these are (or were) my rkgk's of osu maps. most of them were made to experiment with a different kind of style or to just let my brain fart its contents out.
MiX (Andrei MiX) - My Starrodkirby86 inspired maps! The longest mapping style I've been learning and trying to keep alive. This is still being used in some of my ranked GDs!
im still so happy and honored after seeing mismagius saying that these are the closest imitations he ever saw. He was rating this map.
Impossible, noob, Merciful
I use these difficulty names on sets that focus on a rather symmetrical mirrored style I utilize for older styled maps! These are different to my kirby mix bootlegs and are my own style of doing this kind of mapping.
Impossible - Top diffs ranging between 5-7*, they're always CS4 AR/OD8, HP may vary between 6-8. These are the hardest difficulties I do in this particular style without it being too over-the-top or silly.
noob - for noobs who can't read AR8. These diffs are 1:1 copies of [Impossible] diffs but with AR/OD9. HP may be above or below [Impossible], it should be around HP7-9.
Merciful - Easier versions or remaps of [Impossible] difficulties, ranging between 3-4*. CS between 3-4, AR/OD around 7, HP 6 or less. These are easier versions for people wanting to enjoy a similar experience to the [Impossible] diffs.

i feel like im at my limit. i’ve achieved more than i ever thought yet i’m still dissatisfied. there’s things i want to achieve but they’re impossible for me to do. i’m not really satisfied nor happy with my recent works.
my maps never had this much quality since at least late 2024 but i often feel they’re low effort or bad in general. i often feel like i don’t do a lot, that i could do more things, execute things better, make more coherent maps, have great ideas… so many things i hate myself for especially when i try to do these things they just lead to failure on my end.
i often have this heavy pressure of outputting “good” maps because i never had this experience of others i never knew liking my work. i don’t want to let them down but i can’t help but to realize that i’m at my limit. i haven’t done anything creative since 2025, i always resort to do the same boring shit because its safe and its less effort for me to do, yet it’s still tedious enough for me to go mental about so many things i have too many thoughts at once
i’m at my limit and i don’t deserve anything i’ve somehow achieved by luck or coincidence - which is everything i’ve ever done. im such a lackluster loser and i often can’t fathom that there are people who admire or look up to me. i’m speechless when i hear these nice words but on the otherside im sorry for the person looking up to a insufferable, copycat of a mapper like me. i never ever did anything original everything’s a copy of what i’ve seen before. i don’t understand it.

Mindset
A positive mindset is key to success and improvement.
It was always a battle for myself to improve at my mindset at all! I've always wanted to only FC and get perfect scores, but we ain't perfect. And this is what lead to not improving at all: complaining myself for things I couldn't do at that time.
The best thing to get better is to just play and have fun. It's easier said than done but its doable. I'm nowadays not playing for perfection and this alone gives so much to the improvement stage and leads to much more fun in the game!

I'm currently very happy on how things go regarding mapping. It's motivating me a lot that more people get to know my maps and that other good/respected mappers see my work and respect me for it. It means a lot to me!
This has been something I've been striving for since the beginning. I never pushed myself enough but this was due to my very bad confidence and overall depression I had during the majority of my mapping "career" - I'm doing sorta better, it's still very rough on some days. Either way, my 2021-me would've never believed where he would be in the future. These were the days where I couldn't imagine a future (and was quite frightened of aswell).
I think I can never stop saying this, but I'm just eternally thank you to everyone who helped on where I am nowadays.. even if I never delivered anything positive or something to improve anything.
I hope I can try to push my mapping goals more and get more recognized. I may want to start helping others more but I'm really bad at both explaining and argumenting about stuff - The worst advice you could get basically.
My goals are to push as many gds as possible, aswell as ranking sets of my most favourite songs and songs from older maps some people still remember from. My endgoal would be to win a mapping competition, but I won't see this one coming ever hahaha.
