I started playing osu! on June 3rd, 2018. I was introduced to it by a friend named Benance who had only started playing it a few months at the time. At the time I had finally lost interest in a game I had been mainly playing for a good 7+ years(minecraft) and was looking for a new game to play. After my first session with my friend, I was hooked. I don't quite remember what happened after that but all I know for sure is that I eventually formed the goal to beat this friend in the rankings.

About a month into the game I had started searching youtube for videos about osu!, from tips, to random top player scores, just wanting to learn more about the game. Through these videos I slowly formed my current playstyle of using my Ring + Index fingers and alternating everything possible. As I continued down this path, I slowly grew more and more interest into the wacky playstyles of the game. 2007 maps! Flashlight! Eazy!

I would overtime play some of the earliest maps in the game and try to get on the leaderboards with FL. By the Late December, 2018, I would have taken a #3 spot on the 2007 map Uptown Girl as well as a FL FC on peppy's Re:Re. After 2019 rolled in, I wanted to focus more on my mechanical skills once more and become skilled enough to get onto a top 50 leaderboard of a map without the use of FL.

Once 2019 began, I started pushing myself to farm whatever Tillerino would give to me. I would notice that the easiest farm tended to be on the maps Tillerino gave me with DT, making me play mainly DT. After I had run out of maps to farm, I would just go back to my DT-only plays and slap HD on it as well and slowly I became better at HDDT than I was at DT-only. Since then, I've only ever really liked farming HDDT to this day.

Around a month after doing this, I wanted a break so I browsed the seasonal spotlights to see if I could try and get a good ranking. Through one of these maps, I ended up setting one of my first Top 50 scores on a leaderboard without using FL. I had gotten an HDDT 1xsb choke on the last slider of one of the map, but it still was in the top 50 nonetheless.
