sorted in what i think is cold to hot
- make misses on diff spike punish more
- nerf scorev1 hd multiplier
- nerf csr rework a bit
- stop ranking bs cut versions (tv/game size is ok) ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ - alternative: fix pp system (idk how)
- make lazer scoring less accuracy based
- no pp for difficulty adjust/rate change
- give every map a leaderboard
