I don't handle account issues - contact accounts@ppy.sh in this matter.
Restrictions of any kind, account recovery, sign-in problems, name changes, explanation of severe rule-breaking, payment issues, deletion or lock requests... all of these should directly go to support mail.

Please post in the Help Forums. Do not DM me about this.
Posting in the forums directly is better for all parties because it keeps all relevant information like game logs and troubleshooting steps organized and accessible.
Also interesting: osu! performance troubleshooting if you have any kind of lags.
