I've had more variations with the middle row a very long time ago, but these are the most recent ones I have used in the past 3 years. I never used to touch my numpad except for when I used zx 23 around 5 years ago. Now I use it on occasion for using the TL method such as super fast monos(like 450bpm+ deathstream) or super fast kdkdkdkdkdkd stream like Highway to oblivion

Your map getting ranked is supposed to mean the game is acknowledging the content you have made and the quality of it. Or at least it used to. It doesn't really mean shit now, let me explain.

High sr Ranked mapping has a certain demographic, the mappers who can't play their own maps, and probably will never be able to. People don't think logically about quality nor will they ever do so, And the bns who also cannot play the maps most of the time, very interesting.

Valid opinions being Invalidated. What you rate a map doesn't matter. bns, mappers and NAT don't tend to give two shits about whether community likes a certain map or not. Its not like we play the maps oh nonono of course not. Also even if a top diff is terrible, there will always be 5 and 4 digits increasing the rating of a map because they like the 4* oni or muzukashii or something.

Ego. A lot of mappers have unnecessary ego and tend to not care what other people think. Most new-gen mappers tend to cry "omg toxicity boo hoo hoo" instead of taking negative feedback. Not all feedback is supposed to be positive and Negative feedback isn't anything personal usually, so stop taking everything so personally. I would take any bit of negative feedback on any map I wanted to rank or so, because that would mean I actually get to improve the quality of said content so that the game can acknowledge what I created for it (ranked).

Delusional. There are just some people who live in their own headspace and have not-so good intentions for the game even if they might not realize it. Take this map for example and its mapper beatmapsets/1017771#taiko/2130094
Mayuzumi Sayaka, as far as I've HEARD, and pay attention.. As far as I've HEARD they consider this map a piece of art, No its not its horrible, wake up please you're in a coma wake up wake up wake up. You don't play this gamemode you have no idea what you are on about. I reccomend for anyone to make sure to be as self aware as possible when considering quality at any capacity. At any level you can make a good map that is also difficult.

Communication. Every experience (unless you're alchyr for example(terrible joke)) with bns Ive heard people ever talk about was that it was terrible to communicate with people, This might have changed and this isn't for every bn, But you tend to have to give bns head for them to consider your map apparently.(this is metaphorical btw)

Toxicity. I know I just mentioned negative feedback not being "toxicity" but there are some players out there being toxic, I myself feel toxic sometimes. Don't do that, it only makes things worse. Makes people more likely to be blinded to Negative feedback, makes you look like a big ol juicy pair of buttcheeks(not in the good way), and overall communication with the community harder. So don't make things worse.

Getting your difficulty stats wrong, or setting them up terribly. Do you know how many times Ive seen maps with like 2k+ object count having like HP7? you lose almost 2% hp per miss WITH A MAP THAT HAS 2k+ OBJECT COUNT, get your stats right, I am talking to you a little bit ulqui and uone(not even just them, but ulqui has a habit). It would be different if it was graveyarded, but when its ranked its kind of cancer, please stop it .

I myself speak like I am an old player(it doesn't show very well to older players) but I am technically considered a newgen player. So for the love of god, YOU can be better and you SHOULD TRY to be better, believe me when I say its more inconvenient acting like an asshole than not being an asshole.

Even to some older well known mappers/bns be aware of this, you never know how annoying some of you can be sometimes. Make sure to take players interests at heart and not with a grain of salt, because me and them also play the maps, We matter too.
