2019 - 2021: The slow, progressive beginning.

So overall, my first beginnings with like rhythm games as a passion really grew onto me back in early 2019 when I remembered the existence of RoBeats back then, so eventually finding out about the pretty flawed mapping system I was led to creating my account in this game so that I could start mapping, which I did for the first couple of months despite none of my maps feeling satisfactory to me back then. However, I didn't end up feeling inspired enough to dabble more into Osu! until about early 2020 when I uploaded my first map upload which was "Space Magic", and I had felt like I wanted to try ranking it then which I did aspire to do at first before ultimately giving up in early 2021, so I would often play some maps from time to time that would get ranked and have some multis, but the time I really tried mapping more material in this game would've began in 2021 when I uploaded my first Challenge Pack, which was basically my first attempt at really getting some of my stuff out there other than simply participating in small community activities such as MaMaChaCha and some other mapping contests from back then.

2022: Breaking habits.

Later on, it was until the very first day of 2022 at midnight that I decided to quit RoBeats mapping for good due to how I was unhappy with a lot of... Unhealthy expectations I had then and how I overall wasn't in the best frame of mind to others, which was why I ultimately wanted to work on myself considering that various people I knew at first weren't the happiest with me because I used to be annoying (And understandably so, lol). But by that point because I allowed myself to bring mapping in this game to the forefront of my focuses, I began experimenting more which then led to finally ranking some of my first maps and overall just a new fresh start for me in charting, now that I had sort of learned the basics that I would've needed to start experimenting, and I would keep finding stuff to experiment with in mapping and various other activities such as playing in tournaments, continuing to participate in mapping collabs and so on. I developed even more connections, got to know even more people and then even found that some people I recognised had been inspired to also take a similar direction to me then, which I felt really happy and positive about during that period of my career.

2023: Escapism.

Then comes 2023 which was basically the most emotional year of my life as of current, due to a bunch of awful experiences I had been going through IRL since January, I basically ended up relying on this game as a source of escapism to distract me from some malicious people I knew then that had hurt me a lot. It was until I played in 4 Digit Mania World Cup 2023 for the UK team and reaching Semifinals that really made me feel like I had such a good time in the long term run and hell, even inspired me to experiment more with what I do in mapping, which led to me curating my first Etterna Pack and also beginning to map for tournaments in which I started with the likes of Touhou Cup 3rd, Middle East Mania 4K Tournament 2, Anti-Meta Madness and a bunch of other ones that followed before I finally got into a college to study music to have... Well, yet another fresh start in reality which really benefitted me a lot despite what various people I knew personally before used to believe -- I am more than happy that I got to prove them wrong

2024: A desperate redemption.

Then after, 2024 was a year where I feel like things really began to pick up for me finally, not just from simply becoming more proactive in the tournament scene for the fun of it but also experimenting even more with what I am capable of in mapping, since I saw quite a drastic change in some of my rice tech dump oriented experiments and also the fact that I began commentating for various tournaments as well which really opened up more opportunities for myself to get involved with in this community as it stands. And with this year being a lot better for me in both here and just overall, I have grown to mature and become a lot more optimistic than I had originally envisioned and transitioning to college was a really big helping factor for it. So honestly, I am grateful for all of the people that I have gotten to meet and help along with the fact that even now, it seems like my maps appear to reach more people.

I do apologise if this box was a bit out of the blue and stuff since I only just decided to write all of it as of 19/2/2025, but if you're reading this... I just wanted to thank you so much for making my time here in the community so far across the previous nearly 6 years remarkable, and I hope to continue pushing boundaries for myself and for other norms later down the line! ;D

There isn't really a specific style I stick to apart from my own, as I normally prefer to map under many different styles for variety and for fun as well. Assuming you've read my Mapper Influences profile at the top, i've taken tons of different inspirations from various mappers at different periods but I tend to take inspiration from basically any map I enjoy or any map I find with an interesting concept, usually mentioned in the description depending on what map for my own learning and as experiments usually.

I normally like pretty much any kind of music as long as they're interesting and good, though I don't mind anything in general.

Like previously mentioned before, i'm a mapper that usually maps anything they want for fun or for some mapping competitions (Even though there isn't that many I participated in). I don't mind doing any Guest Difficulty requests as long as I find the song good enough.

On the topics of tournaments, i'm completely fine with my maps being used in them as long as I am given credit for the usage of the map (And if possible, please lemme know about it, and especially if you wanna make some edits too lol) — maybe I can try watching it being played out on streams when possible!

I have a modding queue for requests such as modding maps (Currently closed), but i'm not active on when it comes to this particular queue due to a lack of motivation — I do try to process as much requests as I can though.

And also word of advice for the mappers out there: Don't be afraid to map outside of your comfort zone! Not only it would lead to more interesting and refreshing results, but it can make you stronger as a mapper if you get used to doing so in some areas! Plus, keeps your style more "healthy and broad", which is something I love to see in mappers of each generation — map away!
