Do not play more. Play only when you feel good to play, osu is a game where only your best scores are the ones that matter, which (likely) won't be set when you're sleepy or your fingers are sluggish. Play less, not more.

Also, until reaching top 100, you are still in the tutorial of the game. Make sure to improve accordingly to reach the start of the game!
