This doesn't mean it can't change as time goes on but I stick to them very heavily. What is the Sewerslvt Project?

The Sewerslvt Project is a project I have created and set forth to finish. With the few years of listening to Sewerslvt, I've learned the importance of her music to me personally and the underlying messages between each song. I've been through a lot of hard times over the past few years of listening to her but each time I know I can go back to her music to feel something. This project is dedicated to Sewerslvt / Jvne / Jvnko / Cynthoni, whatever you'd like to call her and pays a tribute to all of the music she's created and to the people it's helped. The project is meant to cover her entire discography starting from Don't Be Afraid of Dying to We Had Good Times Together, Don't Forget That.

One last thing, yes all the charts have deeper meanings behind them. Those will not be told and you must experience them for yourself and listen to each song to truly unveil it's meaning. Enjoy 💜

Philosophies

Playing

Have a reason to play. Strive for new goals, both short and long term goals. Perfect what you have already perfected. Become the very best that you believe is possible and beyond. Don't let others put you down. Strive to beat the exxpectations of others to and win matches where people are cheering for the other side. Be fair to others, kind, and help them. Leave your advice to those who ask and share how you play and why you do. Be willing to learn and be patient. Time is the biggest factor.

Charting

Make something unique and memorable. Make patterns that stand out and feel nice to play, even uncomfortable patterns should have a sense of feel to them. Visuals are nice to look at and play when done correctly. Have intention for everything. Let the music guide you, not anything else. Learn from others. Experiment even if you fail. Be accepting of feedback. Create charts that go beyond the norms, and build off of that in order to find the perfect execution. Any song can be charted to be fun, all it takes is a good mind and pure intention.

Pooling

Create a fun and smooth experience. Have something people can be interested in. A pool is something that should be balanced and each pick should fit its slot correctly. Making each pick feel unique is equally as important. Have fun with the pools and add things that players of older times can think fondly of and newer players can experience.

Probably one of the first people I've ever talked to in terms of the mania community and probably the person who helped me branch out and really play tournaments. You've always been a teacher to me in a sense even if we don't talk as often and helped me become the player I am, not only in terms of LN but in terms of my mindset. You've been my motivation for a very long time and my goal is to one day be able to join you in MWC. While that journey may have a long way to go I will continue to play. Thank you for being the person to introduce me to LN and teaching me how to play it.

Mari

Probably the person I've talked to the longest in terms of the mania community but from day 1 you've been a great supporter. You've basically witnessed me go from just an average player to one of the more scarier tournament players and being able to share my accomplishments as well as teaming with you has always been fun and you've definitely made me want to play SV more as well. As much as SV may be dying I will always thank you for helping me play more SV and for being around.

Envy

I would call you another one of my teachers when it comes to mania. When I first saw you I believe you sniped one of my leaderboards and then we made a team for FFAOT 2. We managed to almost win but I'm happy with how that went. From then on we were teammates consistently for a lot of tournaments. It makes me a bit sad to see you less active and not playing but I thank you for teaching me the ways of accuracy and the importance of patience and persistence when it comes to accuracy. I've learned a lot and I hope to one day be as good as you in terms of accuracy. You've also been there for our tournament loses and have been a huge help in keeping me on track. Thank you

One of my favorite people to team with even to this day. I'd say we've always been close in skill and we continue to get better. You're one of my motivators when it comes to trying to improve and I thank you for the words you've told me in the past. I hope you continue to keep playing so that we can keep teaming in tournaments and hopefully one day we can face off in MWC. You've been a huge help in helping me with tournaments in terms of teammates and I appreciate that a lot.

One of my biggest motivators in modern time and you've helped me shape my values when playing in modern time. You've also been a huge help in keeping me in this game even when things seem very bad and I thank you for keeping me in and I hope you also continue to play. You're one of my biggest motivators and I hope to reach the levels that you have.

Probably a surprising one but you're a veryyyy good player and a lot better than I thought initially. Seeing you get scores close to mine and at times beating me has made me want to continue pushing forward. I hope you continue to play in other tournaments as I love seeing your performances and I see the potential. Thanks for being a motivator and hopefully we can play in MWC at the same time.

More obvious one but I can't say thank you enough for helping me build my fundamentals and bringing me to where I am. It was a very very rough start for me and you know that for sure. As RST went on, I learned a lot about charting thanks to you and learned how to do things. While it was very rough I thank you for sticking with me and helping me make the tournament as good as I could've made it. I've learned a lot and I appreciate your feedback and your hard work for tournaments. I hope to get to your level one day and be able to produce masterpieces. Your works always interest me and you've taught me quite a bit when it came to charting and I always love seeing your works and wish to create things very similar. I always had fun trying out stuff you've made and seeing what else can be improved as it's always a blast. I hope you keep charting and can't wait to see where you go!

Probably my original inspiration when it came to charting and I've always been so interested in your files. While you may not chart as much and especially for tournaments, I still appreciate all the work that's been done on your own files as they stand out to me and are always a blast to play. I hope one day you come back to chart as I always love seeing your works.

My mentor and basically second teacher to charting. You've helped me so much into learning more advanced charting and have taught me what it means to be a charter. I'm still learning a lot as we go but I've seen my charting improve by so much since we started and I hope to continue doing so. I've basically learned my second foundation of charting through our sessions.

Word of advice to the tournament community

I would put a lot but I think Lott covers it best in his userpage under "some personal advices for those who want to step into the tournament scene - especially mappool staffs."

That aside, to everyone else, treat newcomers with respect and kindness. There's been far too many times I've seen new people enter with ambition to do big things and it's supposed to be a good thing but a lot of the community will put others down because they're new. I do not think it's bad to be realistic but don't put others down. Help those who are new and teach them the ways of their error. That is all I have to say.
