Have fun!

Set goals for yourself and actively aim for them.
Believe that you're able to get the full combo or you likely won't.
Don't expect to be able to pull off scores similar to others, but aim to improve.
Try to play songs of all BPMs, ARs, mapping styles, etc. Don't sacrifice one side of the spectrum for the other.

Don't tense your hands too much and get carpal tunnel or RSIs.
Think about your posture. How much contact is there between your wrist/arm and the desk? How far up is your hand on the mouse. How much pressure are you putting into hitting the keys. Are you making wrist or arm motions to aim?
Try focusing your eyes on different points in your screen. Centered on hitcircle appearance vs approach circles vs spaced-out.
Taking a break for any amount of time (a minute, an hour, a day, a week, etc.) will always be an option.
Don't restrain yourself with limits. Instead, try your best to break them and expand your boundaries.
