About

Skill grinding currently while farming a little score on the side for fun; I don't care about rank as much now. Want to get better at deathstreams and tech. HR and completion related goals are on hiatus while I work on my nomod reading. (I don't have the skill to play the maps I want to eventually put mods on.) I'm excited to finally start passing some normal bpm stream maps nomod. The long term goal is to become a tech stream main.

Playstyle

Originally a ddkk player and reached ~4.5 star onis; switched to kddk full alternating 4 fingers because it strains my hands far less.
60 Hz monitor (should probably upgrade at some point since I main HR)
Dell KB216 USB keyboard (works OK for taiko and mania 4k since I'm used to membrane but NOT recommended for VSRGs that require more keys)
Play lazer with 16:9 monitor and 1080p resolution for all gameplay, including HR and HDHR.

Current osu!taiko limits

~270 bpm for onis/inner onis with no long streams (just simple patterns)
~180 bpm low to moderate complexity deathstreams
~150 bpm complex deathstreams
~220 bpm simple 1/4 + 1/6 bursts
~150 bpm 1/4 + 1/6 streams
~150 bpm simple 1/4 + 1/6 + 1/8 bursts
