One year of Taiko... thats a loooong time. I started playing a liiiittle bit in october 2018 which was me playing convert futsuu the wrong way........ DAMMIT(And rog because rog).
Then Flox, who is now Tsukani, wrote to me and told me about the danish taiko server. I didn't do much until the end of January where i started to play it A LOT (Just look at my playcount whoops).
KatLeNeko became my coach and teached me a lot of things about taiko like the different playstyles, how the system works and some stupid questions from my side (Sorry sensei D:).
She taught me one very important thing which was that i needed to practice alternation and not singletap with one hand. It took me 4½ MONTHS before i listened and practiced and i think it was a pretty good decision.
It took 2 month for me to convert to alternation and actually getting better with that playstyle than i were before with singletapping.
I like streams a lot and i would practice long pattern and stream maps with HT, especially Liar Liar, which was good cause i can do streams now but i was always lacking behind in speed.
NOW I CAN DO BOTH! I just need consistensy now...
But then i begane to practice a little too much, playing a lot of multiplayer and training patterns, streams and 1/6.
Now i can actually be the one giving tips to people and explain different things which is freaking awesome!!
And now i'm going to pursue my, pass every taiko map, goal which is surely going to take next years time..... D:
