Important news (since I have accidentally been ghosting some people recently!)

I am currently not home and I also have no idea when I will be able to return to my own place with my PC again due to private matters. I am really sorry for not having responded to mods I may have received on my maps or GDs. I still occasionally check the website (here) on my phone but obviously I'm unable to open the game most of the time. The laptop I have here at my grandparent's place is ancient and running osu is next to impossible (I've tried).

• My name is Emma and I am actually from Germany and not the Netherlands

• I love games that let me be creative with level editors, building things, etc.

• Also created my account after I've already played for a week because I wanted account creation and my birthday to be the same
• Used to play mobile rhythm games and Taiko no Tatsujin a bit in the past
• ~~I regularly also play offline on my laptop when I'm not home~~ ~~My Laptop is dead and I don't have a proper PC to play on anymore~~ I am so back!

The Story of my PC (because it's kinda funny)

• Built from junk parts I found in my dad's basement (basically a 0€ build)
• Hardware = pretty crappy because of that
• At first output was stuck at 1280x720@60hz despite having a QHD (2560x1080@165hz) monitor
• Even tried fitting in some crappy 2010 GPU but PC wouldn't post at all with it
• After messing around with intel graphics settings I was able to get resolution up to 1920x1080@60hz
• Certainly an improvement but it refused to apply resolution or refresh rates higher than that
• 2 weeks in I realized I never turned offl mouse acceleration which explains my ass aim
• 2 days later I randomly decide to go to my graphics settings again and for absolutely no reason I was now able to slightly increase my refresh rate to a whopping 75Hz? (It's actually so much smoother already???)
• MY SSD DIED ON 03. July 2024, ONE MONTH AFTER I BUILT THE PC

Playstyle

No, the Mouse+Keyboard+Tablet is not a mistake, I basically use my tablet as my mousepad, as silly as it may sound.
