If you're new to mapping read my thoughts on mapping in the google doc above and use that as a framework to start learning

The biggest piece of mapping advice I could ever give is this. Pump out as many maps as humanly possible and watch people testplay your maps. You must ask what about the map they dislike or think is bad and understand the player side. The more maps you shit out the quicker you'll get better. If you're already doing these steps and make aim maps, pls let me try them and I'll give my opinion on it! Also study as many maps as you can and try to think about their intentions behind the notes, even if you disagree with the intent it's worth it to understand what they were trying to do and compare to how you would have mapped it yourself.

Don't take your mapping too seriously, mappers are fucking cringe and they don't understand the point of mapping
