Favorite Mappers List

Note: This list is only personal preferences, it is not meant to argue which mappers are objectively better. Lists are not in any specific order within each tier. If a mapper is included in this list at all, it means that I think they are a good mapper.

SS Tier: Responsible for most of my favorite maps to play. I hold these mappers in the highest regard and usually play their newest maps very quickly after they are created. I find them to be extremely innovative and unique in their mapping styles which keeps me interested in the game even after playing for so long.

S Tier: Also responsible for many maps that I find quite enjoyable. This is another group of mappers that brings new gameplay and fun experiences as a player. These mappers, along with the SS tier, are the people who come to mind immediately when a friend asks me for new maps.

A Tier: These are mappers that likely have a couple maps that I thoroughly enjoy. I might not enjoy every map of theirs, or they may not have created a huge number of maps, but the ones that I do enjoy are good enough to earn them a spot on this list.

B Tier: These are the sort of "Honorable Mentions" of this list. Many of these mappers have only a couple maps that I find myself going back to time and time again, or have done collabs with some of my other favorite mappers. Overall, I still have great respect for these mappers.
