~COMPLETION STUFF~

How it started?

On September 2023 support released completion badges and awarded to the few people who achieved such task at the time, possibly having for a chance to get an easy badge I looked into the mode with the least maps, which was catch the beat, so I started my journey playing catch. I had 0 knowledge of the mode but I didnt want to just start setting terrible scores, so I focused on actually improving at it playing from the easiest maps going up by difficulty. Fast forward to January 2024, lazer released essentially screwing all leaderboards and my hand pain didnt much help either to continue caring about leaderboard farming, at this time I was still pretty invested on catch so I decided to keep going what I started. Around this time me and many people learned that support were no longer giving away badges to new completionist, this frustration made me look up for a new goal to go that no one has done before: Complete the full game.

Completion Rules

Theres real no definition on what is a "Valid Clear" and it can vary depending on each person, so here are MY RULES that I must follow accoring to each mode that in my opinion are very fair.

Standard:
・ NO D RANKS
・ NO RELAX unless its strictly necessary.
・ AutoPilot scores ONLY FROM MOBILE
I have no other problems with std so the rest is fair play.

Taiko:
・ NO SCORES BELOW 40%
・ Semi-AFK only maps above 6★
・ No below 10% D ranks across all scores.
・ Relax + DA + DT is allowed but MUST be above 5★ and at least C rank.
・ No A ranks on Kantans (Exc. pre-completion scores)
Due to my hand pain, while it is managable i really cant play harder maps so I Semi-AFK to save time
Semi-AFK means NFRXDTx2 while mashing the entire map.

Catch the beat:
・ NO D RANKS
・ NO LAZER
・ Below 2.38★ must SS (thanks to this)
・ Below 4★ must S (or try to)
This ignores Loved as some maps are legit impossible to not D rank.

Mania:

~PINNEDS EXPLANATION~

My pinned scores are a combination of creative, funny or stuff that means a lot to me in some way outside the score itself.

Standard

Standard: (50)

1) This one was an idea I had where I would put a message on a beatmap, when Lazer pp released you could pin scores from unranked plays so I immediately went and made this creative pinned score.

2) Some people might ask why is a D rank your first actual pinned score? To answer this question you gotta know that this map was not possible to submit a score on due to 2B elements that triggers an autofail (or error submission) at the end of the map. Me and TheMagicAnimals discovered it was possible to bypass this bug by cutting the mp3 before the 2B happened, becoming the first 2 people to submit a score on this map in 8 years, this score specifically was my first score I submitted.

3) During my journey of getting #1 the most K-ON maps I could, I encountered this map that felt possible for me to do, but I was unable to, I spent an absurd amount of time, so much that it killed my mental. I gave up...
Two months later I finally encouraged myself to try again and after a total of 5 hours I did it, one of my best score but not because of the score itself, but because I managed to come back and finally do it, I beat the map.

4) My most popular #1 on the famous Kira Kira Days map, with how competitive popular maps are, the fact no one had HDHRFL'd at that point really stressed me out. But the catch is, my original score on this map got sniped by a HDHRDT 1x100 so I was forced to SS the map, but at the end I got it, finally securing my #1 on it.

5) Nothing much to say about this, banger score. Super happy I managed to get #1 on this song.

6) One random night I came across this map I had to play, I loved the song, I played with FL until FC, the next day I grinded HDFL for #1 until I finally SSed. This score started my addiction with K-ON, this map made me watch K-ON, this map made me later map and rank my own Happy!? Sorry!! with references to DJPop's map which, to this day, is probably my favorite K-ON song.

7) K-ON, long map, HDHRFL, SS and #1. I was very happy with this.

8) This score dates back to 2016 when I was trying getting AR11 scores, succesfully achieving an FC. A few days after, the #1 player on the map, Lysine-, improved his HDDTFL FC score to an insane 4mod 1x100 play. Five years later it was finally my turn, I got not only a 4mod SS but I also maxed out the spinner, getting a permanent #1 on the map (on stable).

9) Im always fan of my HDDTFL #1s and this is one of my favs: Bikko snipe (2013), an SS that I wasnt expecting to achieve and such a cute song, everytime I land on this map I watch my score on this because I love it.

10) My first non FL score and for a good reason. For context this is how the leaderboard looked when I achieved my score, this is also one of the famous ExGon HDNC SS standard plays and im honestly a huge fan of his score, being with such legends there felt and still feels unreal.

11) First Lazer score, this was a Daily Challenge with a forced mod: Transform, this mod makes objects appears on random places moving to where they should be clicked, I achieved an TRHRFL SS very quickly for #1 only taking around 5 tries, then TheMagicAnimals sniped my score adding DT1.1x, my only option was adding HD... Transform is actually not hard with HR but with HD its difficulty increases EXPONENTIALLY, while TRHRFL took me 5 tries it almost took 100 just to add HD, please watch the video to see how absurd this really is.

12) Another Daily Challenge day, I really like the song so I tried going for a FL pass believing it wasnt going to be too hard... IT WAS VERY HARD. The second half of the map was basically trying my best to hit as many notes I could to not die while also shaking WITH MOUSE. This pass is absurd so for me definitely deserved to be pinned.

13) Wing up is 0.5 to 0.51 BUT I SET THIS SCORE ON MY PHONE XD

14) Diffname kinda self explanatory, another funny thing I did on lazer pp release was to pin a score with 15 mods, except a new mod came out at the time so its actually 16, unfortunately they dont flood the score as they used to be so is not as funny as before, will consider removing in the future.

15) Similarly to the above this score showcases 18 mods with 14 modified, the max you could get. A mod being modified means that is edited from the default, indicated with a little gear on the top right corner of the mod.

16) This D rank might make no sense at first sign, but let me explain: There was a Capture the Achievement event where people are given multiple puzzles and tasks to achieve on a score, in this case it was achieve YOUR USER ID IN A SCORE, as you can see the score is 5,795,337... now look at my user ID
This was so incredibly creative I just had to pin it.

17) This is a 0 score play, hitting a sliderend with most multiplier reduction mods. Submitting a 0 score play IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE after mid 2024.

18) Due to a bug you could stack EZ twice, being able to have 20 lifes which meant 19 misses with SD before actually dying (thats how lazer works idk), resulting on a 2.3% SD play.

19) Similar to the one above, except with PF and regular EZ with 9 lifes. I discovered this EZPF interaction by accident playing Catch, which honestly does not make any sense, so I made a difficulty on my map, set a score and pinned it.

20) This map is a proof of concept, the diffname does not mean its impossible to submit to the website, but rather actually be able to submit the play without submission error because of the 2B elements included on the map, yet I found a way to actually submit and so I pinned it.

21) This score used to be 300pp with DTx2, Difficulty Adjust and TouchDevice, also done this on my phone. Its currently 256pp.

22) This map is 8 hours long + HT

23) This is my first and one of very few A ranks with these mods I have achieved playing on my phone.

24) Long ago on 2009 maps that were in graveyard got removed from the website to download, you can only access to the .osu files. A friend of mine was working on restoring 2007 maps and when showed us this map, because of the song and the video it kinda caught my attention. Before I went bed I would give one single play on the map with 4mod, no matter what happened I would play all way through (or fail), after a month I FCed.

25-26) What happened here? Let me explain: I got #1 on the map and I thought it was so silly I pinned but the catch is, during the migration of score IDs into the a new database something went wrong that scores were not being stored chronologically, resulting on scores that were submitted seconds or even minutes later having an lower score ID than others, how does this matters? Tied scores that had few seconds within each other were scrambled which, in most maps does not matter much, but on lower difficulties where few miliseconds matters for leaderboard spots it made a disaster, people had incorrect #1 when they were not supposed to. This eventually got fixed and IDs were re-stored correctly so they made sense chronologically, well... I pinned my score when IDs were incorrectly assigned so when this got fixed SOMEONE ELSE'S SCORE (the score below specifically) became the one on my pinned, what is even more bizarre is that 1) I can not unpin the score and 2) I can not edit any of pinned scores below that, so yeah. I DO NOT MIND HAVING THIS ISSUE, IN FACT, ITS SUPER COOL PLEASE DO NOT FIX IT.

27) My first 300pp 4mod, banger score specially with Nightcore, #1 and probably one of the biggest shakes I have ever had without actually missing.

28) My 2000th #1. This map means a lot to me, used to be play when I was super new to the game on early 2015, once a while I play this map with default skin + nomod and video just to have that vibe back, very nostalgic map for me.

29) Banger, really wanted to get #1 on it and only way was to HDNCFL, map was quite fast, I like the score, I really like the song with Nightcore.

30) Banger, long 4mod, SS and maxed out the spinner. There were only 2 HDHRDT SS when I set my score so it was a pretty solid one.

31) Similar to the ones above: Banger, very dominant score by looking at the rest of the leaderboard and I remember being super shaky at the end too.

32) yiger yamato.

33) yiger yamato 2. Unfortunately sniped si its not as funny as when it was #1 on the map, also fun fact: me, bloo and WubWoofWolf had our scores on this map pinned.

34) XNOR is just like a puzzle and I spent SO MUCH trying to get all pieces together until I finally achieved a score I was happy with, which lasted a solid +3 years, looking back I feel I could get more score if I hit a super hard jump but getting everything correct until this part was already too hard for me.

35) Funny pass considering 80% of the map you are aiming to nothing but air, I was the only pass for 4 years until someone else got a pass on October 2024.

36) If you do not know this map: This classic Skystar tech map from 2016 that is almost 8 minutes long and I PASSED WITH FLASHLIGHT SIGHTREAD, this is definitely my best sightread pass ever, the amount of times i clutched from failing, specially on the last chorus 6 minutes in its absurd, I was ultra shaking at the end.

37) A perfect 16.67% FC, only possible if getting 50's on all objects of the map.

38) One of my oldest scores that is pinned. An EZDTFL FC from 2018 on a song that I really liked and to this day im still super proud of.

39) My highest 4mod FC at 6.67★. This map is so rng and of course I fced with the worst acc possible lmao.

40) K-ON, AR11 and FL: I kinda destroyed this leaderboard.

41) K-ON, 2011 snipe and an absurd accuracy of 2x100, this is a very solid #1.

42) Another nostalia map for me, I played this a lot when I was a new player on 2015, I got my very first top50 ever on the Easy diff. Being able to finally get #1 on a nostalgia map always feels awesome.

43) Another very nostalgia map, I specifically remember trying this map FL only without knowing anything I didnt even know FL area would shrink, in my eyes I always thought not being able to see past certain combo was just nerves. Another #1 im very happy with.

44) I was going for old snipes, after doing the top diff HDHRFL for a 2013 snipe I went do the lower diff and with 0 expectations I ended SSing a 276 circle OD10 with Flashlight, very absurd for me.

45-46) Gonna include both scores here since they are basically the same: DJPop's maps are just broken HDHRHTFL but look very crazy for the average person, I believe the 364pp play was the pp record for such combination (HDHRHTFL) but I really cant take it seriously, its such a obscure mod combination either way but still a fun fact.

47) HDHRDT AR11 SS, Banger and ExGon snipe.

48) Cool 4mod permanent #1 on a Hard diff

49) My first 7★ FC I finally got the medal...

50) My first TouchDevice score, set back on my friends laptop when I came to her home. This used to be my only TD score but after being able to play on Lazer from mobile, the score became no longer unique but just a memory.

1) My favorite Catch score, this map requieres a very well typing timing, just like the diff reads: Rhythm Game. This map is also worth like 7,700pp and 15★ but thats how Catch calculates these jumps.

2) Back when I was new to Catch I enjoyed playing this map because of the song and the mapping, 2 years after I FC'ed, old me would have been very proud.

3) Very similar to one of my Standard pinned scores but Mania version.

4) Sniped one of GH_CHAIKA's #1, which to me was so crazy considering he was one of the best mania #1 farmers and ratio players of all time (imo).

5) 18K Gimmick map, you basically type words that are being displayed, its a very nice SS for a cool map.

6) My first ever Mania #1, it had tricky SV changes which is why the #1 player at the time had an S rank.

7) My best ratio score ever (that is not 1 million). Fun fact: I did set this score when the map was Loved, its kinda funny to see this score marked as Unranked because of that.

8) Another insane ratio score, on a song that I really like and a map that gives me nostalgia.

~MY HISTORY~

Warning: This will be a lot of text, you can just ignore if you are not interested, its ok!

For a while I have wanted to write the full story about myself and this game: Why do I do what I do? How did I end up here? Maybe there is some people that do actually care to know about me or would want to be interested on having a long read. I will be writing every now and then, do not expect me to finish in one go. I really want it to go on depth detail about most stuff that defined me as a person, player and to where I am today.

I am really not a person who is good at writing, sorry in advanced if it hard to read or understand I will try my best to correct if I made mistakes or could be redacted better.
