Honestly, even when it happened all these years ago now, it still genuinely feels unreal. Even as I am typing this paragraph, on April 13th 2025, this still feels like an unreal thing that I'm even considered as a contributor to this game. I always tend to downplay this fact. I often say that I don't deserve it, that I robbed someone else's spot. But time and time again, over the years, everyone continues to reassure me that this is 100% deserved. And truly, I'm still flattered and do not take it for granted either.

Despite the fact that my long-term tenures and major contributions to Project Loved ended years ago back in 2023, I'm still truly glad and proud that people still attribute the project's success and long-term sustainability down to me, even if I think that's a little bit overblown. Project Loved was not all me. It never was. I did not invent the wheel with it.

All of it started as just me being passionate about the Loved category, and when Project Loved first started - I took an immediate chance when I saw to contribute to it. I still remember the days when I messaged Toy about various mistakes and errors with the old Google sheet, and even eventually noticing how it continued to fall into a state of disrepair. When Toy handed me the reigns to maintain the sheet on behalf of the Project Loved captains at the time, it genuinely felt like a surreal experience to me. I mean seriously, what do you mean that I am now the guy who maintains that thing?

I also still remember when Toy passed the torch on to clayton in terms of leading Project Loved, and when clayton eventually passed down the torch to me. Mainly because I kept consistently showing how truly passionate I was about the whole thing and how I continued to want to see it grow. It was a terrifying experience but I will genuinely never, ever forget the euphoria and excitement that I felt when I had a news post on the official osu! website attributed under my own name. Even I would've preferred that the news posts would be attributed to "The Project Loved Team" instead of any specific user, but I still find it very unreal that there are official news posts on this website that are attributed to me as the author of it.

When I retired in March 2022, I originally wanted to pass the reigns of Project Loved to DigitalHypno, however he refused. Given his experience within the community, his expertise and knowledge of the player base, and the fact that he very heavily assisted me with my final contribution to Project Loved, being the community survey for what the team should focus on after I had retired, I thought he'd be the perfect person to pass it on to, so it genuinely came as a shock to me that he'd refuse it. Only to later on find out why - he didn't end up staying in Project Loved that much longer than I did, deciding to focus on other things within his life and within the community, which is exactly the same reason I left Project Loved myself.

But passing it all down to Hivie is a choice I do not regret. I don't think I could have picked a better person to pass the torch onto regarding Project Loved. And I'm genuinely happy that the legacy Toy, clayton and me established within it continues to burn brightly even today.

Overall, I am genuinely thankful that I get to be recognized as a contributor for this game. It's something I will forever treasure. Thank you.

I've only ever bought supporter once for myself back in 2018 when I needed it to commentate in a tournament. That's it.

Buying supporter for myself makes me feel incredibly greedy. Sure, it's nice to have but it's not necessary for me to enjoy the game for what it is. I'd always rather give it to someone else.

Additionally, I've received so many supporter gifts over the years that I've honestly lost count. It's another reason why I like giving instead of buying it for myself. I'm trying to pay forward the kindness others have shown me in this community too!

- Beatmap submission (this is the only reason I still keep Stable installed)
- The ability to edit MP3/Background of Ranked/Loved maps while retaining score submission (also probably not happening)
- Main menu skinning (I want to see legacy skins' main menus be restored)
- More logical chat UI (right now it's kinda firetrucked, I liked how it was in Stable)
- Redesigned online user listing (still kinda firetrucked as well) I warmed up to it now honestly. Probably not necessary anymore.
- Text displayed on beatmap descriptions & userpages on the in-game browser
- Fix "Classic" scoring display (makes no sense at the moment, scores which were 4.2 mil score in Stable are like 7 mil in Lazer)
- Make score-cap maps (maps that break score and force V2 in Stable) allowed to be Ranked/Loved
- Medals partially done but i'll mark it as done anyway \o/
- "Recent" / "First place ranks" tabs finally display Lazer activity
- Fix Lazer leaderboards on osu!web (VERY broken right now)
- Make beatmap settings be per-beatmap rather than global (such as setting bg to 75% on one map doesn't make it 75% for ALL maps)
- Revert some skin elements to be toggles in the menu rather than it be a skin-by-skin basis (the UR bar does NOT need to be set the way it is right now, as an example)
- Transfer additional skin elements to another skin (e.g. pp counter to all skins rather than having to go to each individual skin to add it manually)
- A "back" button for the pseudo-web elements when navigating pages in-game
- Make "autofail" maps allowed to be Loved (would open the door for A LOT of maps to get leaderboards, already tested with some Loved maps with autofail, they work fine)
- Bring back "Delete ALL VISIBLE beatmaps" option
- Ability to change text alignment for custom text elements (stuff like this is very annoying meanwhile this is how it's meant to be and i really wish this was made more consistent) this seems to have been fixed
- Custom names when playing offline
- Some sort of pp calculator in song select before playing a map
- Spectate players on Stable from Lazer (clearly it's possible lol)
