1. fix mouse latency here. This makes mouse movement more responsive.
2. disable some windows animations. Go to control panel > system > advanced system settings > advanced tab > performance settings. If you use wallpaper engine simply pause the animation through the task bar icon for wallpaper engine. No need to close the program because the animation from wallpaper engine makes osu laggy(If you feel like there is still input lag you can close wallpaper engine.)
