CTB

I actually never played osu!catch longer than 2 months actively at a time, I only had 2 phases of being addicted so far. (Right now in the 3rd)

1st Phase: I started playing CTB in July 2020, got to #1350 globally and then stopped playing at the end of September 2020.

2nd Phase: I came back in December 2022 for only 1 month and grinded a bit again but shortly after I quit again.

I hope I can continue playing longer than 2 months without losing motivation currently

I am a very competetive person and my goal is always to be the best at what I'm doing eventually, so I'm always going to try to improve and get better if im playing actively.

1. The first step to succeed is a very simple one, if you do have one, you shall quit your job or drop out of school with immediate effect! This will lead you to have more precious free time to invest into your beloved CTB career.

2. Another highly valuable ingredient to prosper in improving is getting rid of your social life, it's worthless and only brings negativity into your perfect CTB life. No more vacations, No more Family interactions, furthermore other hobbies are also forbidden!

3. You have to play 8 or more hours per day, taking breaks are for the frail, only with excruciating and intensive practice you can achieve perfection. Hereafter you shall start to feel empowered, as your real self slowly starts becoming one with your catcher...

4. Do not hide from the dark side of your soul, you must embrace it. You can only become the chosen one if you stop resisting the urge to farm PP. It's the life force of every striving CTB Player. As you leisurely start to tend to the agricultural needs, the addiction will start to take shape. The seeds have been sowed. Steadily it takes over your life, as you evolve into a PP-Farming Demi-God.

5. At last the key to manifest your true potential, you need to cultivate your anger and frustrations to the limit. Let it all out, at long last your wrath inside shall erupt, breaking keyboards, headsets and monitors during the mayhem it causes. Your tears of hurt will fuel the force within you. Without them, you shall not triumph.
