Gimmick players
People who complain about "being shit at the game" and never put in the work, constantly crying about how bad they are, how the pp system is broken, how maps are unfair, and how their aim or reading "feels weird." They watch top players for hours, save every guide and skin, but never actually grind. They play the same easy maps on repeat, avoid anything challenging, skip actually playing the game, never get their mental up, then rage quit after half an hour and go back to whining like the game owes them progress. All the excuses about no time, bad hardware, or bad luck while the players who just play casually actually get results. They want the rank and respect of an established player without doing the boring yet necessary repetitive work. They are not stuck or unlucky, they are lazy and loud about it, draining the community with their victim mentality instead of owning it and grinding like everyone else who improves. The sad part is if they put even a fraction of that complaining energy into actual practice, they would be so much better. But they never will.
