tl;dr not grinding anymore due to different priorities, may still hop on occasionally to farm leaderboards and stuff

I think it's about time I accept that keeping the osu! grind, along with some other things, is not sustainable in my current situation.
In short, I screwed up my priorities in life big time and now I have nothing that would be useful for pursuing a real job in the field on my hands as I come close to getting a bachelor's degree in software engineering. I'm going to try my hardest to make things up, working on actual projects, but to even attempt doing so, I have to accept that some things should be let go.
osu! will be one of those things. I have no regrets because even though I haven't reached my peak still, I believe I've done a lot over the span of these few years, definitely more than I expected from myself. I hope my grind was (and will be) an inspiration to some. Don't listen to everything others say, if you truly believe your way of doing things is right, you will succeed with enough work regardless of talent or anything really. That's what I wanted to prove with my performance, prove to myself first of all. And I take pride in my work.
Thanks to everyone who supported me. I'll still be lurking in the community, of course. In fact, some of my projects will be osu!-related and I imagine they will be of actual use. But serious gameplay-wise, it's time to move on.
