I was born with glass bones and paper skin. Every morning I break my legs, and every afternoon I break my arms. At night, I lie awake in agony until my heart attacks put me to sleep. 😢
No really, I am not as healthy as I used to be :\

Historically I have played a wide variety of rhythm games, both arcade or home simulator formats, but given my limited time and selective interest I can't put the time into every game. Currently enjoying the following...

Simulators:
beatoraja - Learning how to play 7+1 on a DJ controller, which makes mania fun for me again tbh, I'm playing tables and running dans when I can.

Arcade:
jubeat - Cool scores and jubility grind, I've achieved top 50 rank on the private arcade server and am trying to push for further color changes such as Pink.
2dx - I enjoy this in the arcade as well as a supplement to the beatoraja gaming I am doing.

Outside of that not much else really, no time no energy meme. Whatever is comfortable on train commutes like logic / puzzle games, Balatro, etc. and the random retro game or seasonal game (i.e. unironically, Kaboom! on Atari 2600 scratches a different kind of "Catch the Beat" itch I didn't know I had lmao, trust me it is fun)...

Highly doubt I'll find myself falling for osu! again. Nothing wrong if you enjoy this game really, I simply got so much out of the game over such a long period of time. I feel as though I won't really gain anything more from playing it further and doing the same parlor tricks, it'd have to be under very different circumstances.

Don't overthink it, it is just a mix of good listens, fun to play, nostalgia, or combinations of these things 😛

Ultimately, it is just a finger dancing game that we nerds play in exchange for artificial light on the screen with big numbers that go brrrrr that triggers dopamine release, it isn't that serious (ˆ𐃷ˆ)
